Based on the schedule below Meet Packets may be picked up at the  Renaissance Philadelphia Hotel Airport, our Host Hotel, or at the Meet Registration Desk located in the Field House before you enter the stadium. Meet Packets should be picked up as far in advance of your event as possible in order to correct any errors that may have occurred during processing. Events will not be delayed due to late packet pick-up. Signs directing you to packet pickup will be posted throughout the area. The registration area is generally off limits to everyone except meet officials assigned to the area or coaches and athletes there on official business. A location at the Host Hotel will be designated for early packet pick-up on Thursday evening (check the lobby bulletin board for the exact location).
