The 4th edition of the UAGTCA Youth Invitational will feature a few changes that we feel will enhance the meet even more. These changes were made because of comments put forth by the participants of the previous meets. Please help us keep making the UAGTCA Invitational the place to be by submitting your suggestions for improvement.
The most obvious change for 2009 meet has
been the change of venue. We felt that moving the meet to a college facility
assures us of stadium facilities that are more than adequate for our event.
We also know that the field events will be held on venues that are more fan
friendly. Access to hotels is greatly improved since Widener is a mere 10
minutes from the Philadelphia International Airport and it's motel / Hotel
complex along route 291.
We have revised the schedule on Sunday to provide additional recovery time for athletes competing in the 200 and 400 Meter Dash.
